Eligibility
Eligibility post और discipline के अनुसार अलग-अलग है। Engineering posts के लिए relevant B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc. Engineering qualifications, जबकि Finance, Medical, HR, IT और अन्य posts के लिए prescribed professional qualifications लागू हैं।
Candidates के पास संबंधित post के लिए निर्धारित post-qualification executive experience भी होना आवश्यक है।

Salary & Pay Scale
Selected candidates को RFCL के applicable IDA pay scales के अनुसार remuneration मिलेगा। Different posts के लिए E-1 से E-6 तक के pay scales लागू हो सकते हैं।
- E-1 scale starts around ₹40,000 per month.
- Higher executive levels carry higher pay scales.
- DA, allowances, PRP and other applicable benefits will be provided according to RFCL rules.
