Pradhan Mantri Janjatiya Vikas Mission (PMJVM) Latest Update 2026: आदिवासी समुदायों की आजीविका, रोजगार और entrepreneurship को बढ़ावा देने वाली Pradhan Mantri Janjatiya Vikas Mission को लेकर Government of India ने अगस्त 2026 में महत्वपूर्ण आंकड़े साझा किए हैं। 13 August 2026 को जारी PIB के official backgrounder के अनुसार PMJVM के तहत देशभर में 4,172 Van Dhan Vikas Kendras (VDVKs) sanction किए जा चुके हैं और इनसे 12.48 लाख tribal beneficiaries जुड़े हैं।

यह ध्यान रखना जरूरी है कि 13 August 2026 को PMJVM की नई शुरुआत नहीं हुई थी। यह पहले से चल रही Government of India की tribal livelihood initiative है। 13 August को इसके implementation और coverage से जुड़े latest official figures जारी किए गए थे।

PMJVM क्या है?

Pradhan Mantri Janjatiya Vikas Mission (PMJVM) Ministry of Tribal Affairs, Government of India की tribal livelihood और entrepreneurship से जुड़ी योजना है। इसका उद्देश्य tribal communities को Minor Forest Produce (MFP), agricultural produce तथा farm और non-farm tribal products के माध्यम से sustainable livelihood और entrepreneurship opportunities उपलब्ध कराना है।

PMJVM को tribal livelihood से जुड़ी दो पहले की योजनाओं को merge करके तैयार किया गया था। इनमें Minor Forest Produce को Minimum Support Price (MSP) के माध्यम से market support देना और tribal products तथा produce की marketing और institutional support से जुड़े components शामिल हैं।

Government of India के 13 August 2026 के official PIB backgrounder में बताया गया कि PMJVM के तहत 4,172 Van Dhan Vikas Kendras sanctioned हैं और इन VDVKs से 12.48 लाख tribal beneficiaries जुड़े हैं।

5 August 2026 को क्या Update आया था?

इससे पहले 5 August 2026 को Ministry of Tribal Affairs ने Rajya Sabha में PMJVM और Van Dhan Vikas Kendras से संबंधित महत्वपूर्ण जानकारी दी थी।

उस official update के अनुसार PMJVM के तहत 4,172 VDVKs sanctioned थे और लगभग 12.48 लाख beneficiaries इससे जुड़े थे। 28 States और Union Territories में VDVKs sanctioned होने की जानकारी दी गई थी।

लगभग 7.13 लाख beneficiaries को training दी जा चुकी थी। Training में Minor Forest Produce collection, agricultural activities, primary processing, value addition, packaging, branding और marketing शामिल थे।

3,406 VDVKs operational बताए गए थे और इन operational VDVKs द्वारा local markets, fairs तथा Bharat Tribes Fest के माध्यम से लगभग ₹174 करोड़ के value-added products की collective sales report की गई थी।

Van Dhan Vikas Kendra क्या है?

Van Dhan Vikas Kendra (VDVK) PMJVM का एक प्रमुख component है। इन centres का उद्देश्य tribal communities द्वारा collected forest produce और locally produced goods को केवल raw material के रूप में बेचने के बजाय उनमें processing, value addition, packaging, branding और marketing जोड़ना है।

Tribal communities द्वारा collected Minor Forest Produce जैसे Tamarind, Wild Honey, Mahua, Sal Seed, Sal Leaves, Lac, Chironji, Neem Seed और medicinal forest produce को processing और value addition के बाद बेहतर तरीके से market किया जा सकता है।

एक VDVK में कितने लोग जुड़े होते हैं?

5 August 2026 के official government update के अनुसार एक typical PMJVM VDVK में 15 Self-Help Groups (SHGs) हो सकते हैं और प्रत्येक SHG में लगभग 20 beneficiaries होते हैं। इस तरह एक typical VDVK में लगभग 300 beneficiaries का structure हो सकता है।

हालांकि actual structure और implementation State तथा applicable guidelines के अनुसार अलग हो सकता है।

PMJVM के तहत क्या Benefits मिलते हैं?

PMJVM का focus direct cash transfer से ज्यादा livelihood और enterprise development पर है।

1. Raw Material Support: Tribal products और Minor Forest Produce आधारित activities के लिए raw material support।
2. Training और Capacity Building: Collection, processing, value addition, packaging, branding और marketing की training।
3. Tools और Machinery: Product processing और value addition के लिए आवश्यक tools और machinery support।
4. Packaging और Branding: Tribal products को market-ready बनाने के लिए packaging और branding support।
5. Transportation Support: Products को processing और market locations तक पहुंचाने के लिए logistics support।
6. Storage Facilities: Produce को सुरक्षित रखने के लिए storage और अन्य infrastructure support।
7. Market Linkage: Tribal products को local markets, fairs, exhibitions और wider marketing channels से जोड़ने का प्रयास।

PMJVM में 87 Minor Forest Produce को MSP

PMJVM के तहत Government of India ने 87 Minor Forest Produce (MFP) items के लिए Minimum Support Price यानी MSP notify किया है।

इनमें कई प्रकार के forest और medicinal products शामिल हैं। कुछ प्रमुख examples हैं:

• Mahua Seed
• Sal Leaves

1 April 2026 को PMJVM की स्थिति क्या थी?

PMJVM की progress को समझने के लिए 1 April 2026 का Rajya Sabha update भी महत्वपूर्ण है। उस समय Government ने बताया था कि 4,172 VDVKs sanctioned थे और 12.48 लाख tribal members associated थे।

उस समय total sanctioned amount लगभग ₹619.17 करोड़ था। इनमें से 2,817 VDVKs operationalized बताए गए थे और इन VDVKs की reported sales लगभग ₹158 करोड़ थीं।

क्या PMJVM में सीधे पैसे मिलते हैं?

PMJVM को PM-KISAN जैसी direct cash transfer scheme नहीं समझना चाहिए। इसका मुख्य उद्देश्य tribal communities को livelihood और entrepreneurship opportunities उपलब्ध कराना है।

Scheme के benefits मुख्य रूप से training, tools, machinery, processing, value addition, packaging, branding, storage, transportation और market linkage जैसे support के रूप में हैं।

PMJVM में आवेदन कैसे करें?

PMJVM की implementation State Nodal Departments, State Implementing Agencies और TRIFED के माध्यम से होती है। इसलिए इसे ऐसी सामान्य online scheme नहीं समझना चाहिए जिसमें प्रत्येक व्यक्ति एक single central application form भरकर सीधे cash benefit प्राप्त करे।

1. अपने State के Tribal Welfare या Tribal Development Department से संपर्क करें।
2. अपने क्षेत्र में Van Dhan Vikas Kendra की जानकारी लें।
3. VDVK में beneficiary या SHG participation की eligibility पूछें।
4. Training और livelihood activity के लिए local implementing agency की प्रक्रिया जानें।
5. केवल official government channels से registration या application करें।

PMJVM और PM-JANMAN में क्या अंतर है?

PMJVM और PM-JANMAN दोनों tribal communities से संबंधित Government initiatives हैं, लेकिन दोनों का focus अलग है।

PMJVM का मुख्य focus tribal livelihood, entrepreneurship, Minor Forest Produce, value addition और tribal products की marketing पर है।

वहीं PM-JANMAN का मुख्य focus Particularly Vulnerable Tribal Groups यानी PVTGs के लिए basic services, infrastructure और livelihood interventions को strengthen करना है।
