National Means-cum-Merit Scholarship Scheme (NMMSS) आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर वर्ग के मेधावी विद्यार्थियों के लिए केंद्र सरकार की scholarship scheme है। उत्तराखंड में NMMS की state-level selection examination State Council of Educational Research and Training (SCERT), Uttarakhand द्वारा आयोजित की जाती है।

NMMS Uttarakhand Scholarship Amount
NMMSS के तहत selected students को ₹12,000 प्रति वर्ष scholarship मिलती है, जो ₹1,000 प्रति माह के बराबर है। निर्धारित renewal और academic conditions पूरी करने पर scholarship Class IX से Class XII तक जारी रह सकती है।

NMMS Uttarakhand Eligibility 2026
- विद्यार्थी selection examination के समय Class VIII में अध्ययनरत होना चाहिए।
- Class VII में कम से कम 55% marks या equivalent grade होना चाहिए।
- SC और ST विद्यार्थियों को minimum marks में 5% relaxation मिलता है।
- Parents की सभी sources से annual income ₹3.50 lakh से अधिक नहीं होनी चाहिए।
- विद्यार्थी Government, Government-aided या local body school में regular student होना चाहिए।
- Kendriya Vidyalaya, Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya और specified residential schools के विद्यार्थी eligible नहीं हैं।
- Reservation State Government के applicable norms के अनुसार लागू होता है।
NMMS Uttarakhand Income Limit
NMMSS के current guidelines के अनुसार parents की सभी sources से annual income ₹3.50 lakh से अधिक नहीं होनी चाहिए। Income criteria के आधार पर आवेदन करने वाले students को निर्धारित Income Certificate देना होता है।

NMMS Uttarakhand Syllabus
Mental Ability Test (MAT)
MAT में reasoning और critical thinking की क्षमता को check किया जाता है। इसमें analogy, classification, numerical series, pattern perception, hidden figures तथा verbal और non-verbal reasoning के questions हो सकते हैं।
Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT)
SAT में Mathematics, Science और Social Science से Class VII और Class VIII level के prescribed syllabus के अनुसार questions पूछे जाते हैं।

NMMS Uttarakhand Scholarship Renewal
Selected students को निर्धारित renewal conditions पूरी करने पर Class IX से Class XII तक scholarship मिल सकती है। Scholarship जारी रखने के लिए prescribed academic performance और promotion conditions पूरी करना जरूरी है।
