Digital India Land Records Modernization Programme (DILRMP) 3.0 के Operational Guidelines 2026–2031 को भारत सरकार ने 10 September 2026 को launch किया है। यह Department of Land Resources, Ministry of Rural Development की महत्वपूर्ण land-governance initiative है।

Universal Bhu-Aadhaar / ULPIN क्या है?
DILRMP 3.0 के प्रमुख interventions में Universal Bhu-Aadhaar या Unique Land Parcel Identification Number (ULPIN) का framework शामिल है।

पहले DILRMP में क्या Progress हुई?
Department of Land Resources के उपलब्ध programme data के अनुसार DILRMP के पिछले phase में Record of Rights (RoRs) के computerisation, cadastral maps digitisation, registration computerisation और registration-land records integration में substantial progress हुई।
पुराने programme status data के अनुसार 31 December 2023 तक 6,25,137 out of 6,57,397 villages में RoRs computerisation complete था, यानी लगभग 95.09%।
