Viksit Bharat–Guarantee for Rozgar and Aajeevika Mission (Gramin) — VB-G RAM G का implementation 1 July 2026 से देश के सभी rural areas में शुरू हो चुका है। 17 September 2026 को Ministry of Rural Development ने scheme की implementation और monitoring को मजबूत करने के लिए National Workshop आयोजित की।

Viksit Bharat G RAM G क्या है?
Viksit Bharat–G RAM G ग्रामीण रोजगार और आजीविका से जुड़ा नया statutory framework है, जो 1 July 2026 से लागू हुआ। इसके तहत eligible rural households को financial year में 125 days of guaranteed wage employment का statutory entitlement दिया गया है, बशर्ते household के adult members unskilled manual work करने के लिए volunteer करें।
यह framework केवल wage employment पर focus नहीं करता, बल्कि productive और durable rural assets, water security, climate resilience, livelihood infrastructure तथा village-level development को भी महत्व देता है।
17 September 2026 को क्या नया Update आया?
17 September 2026 को New Delhi में Viksit Bharat–G RAM G National Workshop आयोजित की गई। इसमें Panchayati Raj Institutions के elected representatives, States और UTs के Commissioners तथा senior officials ने भाग लिया।
Workshop में scheme की implementation के शुरुआती चरण में monitoring mechanism को मजबूत रखने पर जोर दिया गया। Officials को selected works की random inspection करने और irregularity मिलने पर शुरुआती स्तर पर action लेने के निर्देश दिए गए।

Face Authentication Attendance क्यों महत्वपूर्ण है?
VB-G RAM G के implementation में technology-enabled monitoring को महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका दी गई है। 17 September के workshop update में workers की attendance के लिए Face Authentication को mandatory बताया गया।
इस technology-based attendance mechanism का उद्देश्य worker attendance और worksite records में transparency बढ़ाना तथा गलत या फर्जी attendance की संभावना को कम करना है।
Random Inspection से क्या बदलेगा?
Government ने अधिकारियों को selected works की random inspection करने का निर्देश दिया है। इसका उद्देश्य यह verify करना है कि approved works prescribed standards और procedures के अनुसार किए जा रहे हैं या नहीं।
यदि किसी work में irregularity पाई जाती है तो शुरुआत में ही action लेने पर जोर दिया गया है। इससे implementation के दौरान problems को early stage पर identify करने में मदद मिल सकती है।
60:40 Wage-Material Ratio क्या है?
VB-G RAM G implementation में district level पर 60% funds wages पर और 40% funds material पर खर्च करने के prescribed ratio का पालन करने पर जोर दिया गया है।

VB-G RAM G में Employment Guarantee
VB-G RAM G Act के तहत eligible rural household को financial year में 125 days of guaranteed wage employment का statutory guarantee framework दिया गया है।
यह guarantee household के adult members द्वारा unskilled manual work की मांग किए जाने की स्थिति में लागू होती है, subject to the provisions of the Act and applicable State scheme.
VB-G RAM G में Funding और Implementation
FY 2026-27 के लिए VB-G RAM G के लिए Central budgetary allocation ₹95,692.31 करोड़ रखा गया है। यह allocation 1 July 2026 से 31 March 2027 तक के period के लिए है।
31 July 2026 के official update के अनुसार States और UTs के लिए ₹95,692.31 करोड़ का normative allocation किया जा चुका था और ₹25,844.97 करोड़ की first-installment mother sanctions जारी की गई थीं।
