शैक्षणिक योग्यता
उम्मीदवार के पास recognized Indian University या National Level institute of repute से prescribed full-time/regular qualification होनी चाहिए। पद के अनुसार BE/B.Tech in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Biomedical Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, M.E./M.Tech in Structural Engineering तथा कुछ पदों के लिए Diploma qualification स्वीकार की गई है।
Post-qualification experience की आवश्यकता पद, discipline और qualification के अनुसार अलग-अलग है। आवेदन से पहले संबंधित post की exact experience requirement जरूर देखें।
आयु सीमा
- Chief Manager – अधिकतम 47 वर्ष
- Senior Operations Manager – discipline के अनुसार अधिकतम 40 से 45 वर्ष
- Operations Manager Degree Holders – अधिकतम 40 वर्ष
- Operations Manager Diploma Holders – अधिकतम 45 वर्ष
आयु की गणना 01 सितंबर 2026 के आधार पर होगी। SC/ST, OBC और PwD उम्मीदवारों को लागू Government of India rules के अनुसार age relaxation मिलेगी।
नियुक्ति का प्रकार
- Fixed Term Contract (FTC)
- प्रारंभिक अवधि – 3 वर्ष
- Performance और organizational requirement के आधार पर extension संभव है।
- Selected candidates को HITES की India में किसी भी location पर काम करना पड़ सकता है।
चयन प्रक्रिया
