Overview: International Cooperation (IC) Scheme
A flagship export-acceleration framework administered by the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) to enhance the global footprint of Indian enterprises through targeted financial subsidies on international exhibitions, business delegations, and global buyer-seller meets.
What is the International Cooperation Scheme?
The International Cooperation (IC) Scheme facilitates MSMEs in exploring overseas markets, infusing modern manufacturing technologies, and forming international joint ventures. By reimbursing airfares, booth rents, sample shipping, and marketing outlays, the scheme drastically brings down the capital friction small business owners face when competing on foreign soil.

| Cost Component | Maximum Financial Assistance Limit |
|---|---|
| Stall Space Rent | Up to ₹3.00 Lakh per participating MSME enterprise |
| Economy Class Airfare | Up to ₹1.50 Lakh (or 100% economy airfare as per scheme guidelines) |
| Sample Freight & Handling Charges | Up to ₹50,000 per unit (up to ₹75,000 for Latin American countries) |
| Promotional & Publicity Charges | Up to ₹5.00 Lakh for registered delegations and apex industry bodies |
